Is It Spring Yet?

Hello, sweet yogis and yoginis! I hope this winter has treated you kindly, but if you're like me you are ready, oh so ready, for spring. Warm air, new blooms, backyard yoga, I am there. Spring doesn't officially begin until March 20th, but in honor of its awesomeness to come we'll be starting our spring specials March 1st.

Spring Yoga Special (March-May) : $35/ One month unlimited yoga (30 days from purchase date)
Spring Massage Special (March-May) : $5 Off Deep Tissue Massage

TUESDAY :
Vinyasa Flow Yoga 7-8 PM

WEDNESDAY:
Gentle Yoga 5:45-6:45 PM

SATURDAY:
Yoga for Weight Loss 9:30-10:30 AM
Yoga for Beginners 10:45-11:45 AM

Inspired by the great reception to First Saturdays and a recent wellness event Amber and I participated in at Green Family Chiropractic we have decided to have our own wellness fair. The event will take place April 5th 2-5 PM.
