Welcome, August!

August ushers in many new and exciting opportunities at Clarity!

New Yoga Instructor + New Classes

We are very happy to announce that we have a new yoga instructor joining the ranks, thus allowing us to offer more opportunities to get your yoga on!  Our new instructor, Tia Keller, will be teaching a Gentle Vinyasa (flow) class Monday evenings and a Yoga for Beginners class Thursday evenings. We at Clarity know that it can be difficult to fit yoga into your busy schedule and are always happy to make it just that much easier.

In addition to adding a new instructor we have added new classes and switched our schedule around a bit, including a Yoga for Weight Loss class Saturday mornings and a Gentle Yoga class directly prior to Meditation on Wednesday evenings.
