"Designed for men as an intro to yoga regardless of experience and flexibility. We'll address areas that are typically tight for men and work on modifying poses so you can build the confidence to get started in a yoga practice that will give you more strength, flexibility, and peace in your life. This will be a casual class with discussion on why and how to practice, along with room for questions. Guys only, including the instructor."
